By the way, kotlomoy, i have a question:
what does your nick mean? I tried to guess, but without any success. maybe kot Lomoy, your cat's name?:)

Wao, you plan to go to Bridgetown! In this case, i suppose, you will be able to buy a plane of your own- if CSKA wins, right? You are about to become a CSKA fan, Stick!
I'm afraid, if CSKA wins this time, many people will buy only...medicine: some- to cure themselves from excitement of happiness, others- from burning vexing/disappointment:D
Have a nice time with your friends!:sbeer:
No, all the same to the devoted fans of СSKA I shall not become, but from financial concepts for a while I can.:)
All can be.
We have well sat thanks.:sbeer:

Stas, i guess you are using online translator, cause the sntences you write are word-for-word translations and the way we say in Russian is not understandable for English speaking people:)
for example, for an Englishman "We have well sat thanks" menas:" we sat very well, the chair was comfortable":)
In any case, i'm gonna make you a CSKA fan:cool:

Guys, I have an idea:

I want to organise here INTERVIEW with all of you, one by one, at first I ask several questions and then others can join and ask their own questions to the person, who is being interviewed. Who is FOR? I suppose, it's going to be interesting and exciting!:)[/COLOR]

S@HёK, where are you? Do you still study English at the University? I remember, you were translating some tough texts:)
and where is admin? I know, that Vovan also speaks English!

Only words and small combinations of words) This site is really helpful for me, because i translate texts, concerned with space industry. And many words are absent in Lingvo dictionary, but exist in multitran.

I'll try somehow:)
Yet, in yourplace, I would say: " many words are missing" and "regarding" ( "concerning"- without preposition)
What news about your classes? Do you tell texts about space or do you need them at work?

I need these texts only at work. I study grammar and practice speech during my classes, but don't touch space vocabulary, because my teacher hasnt' ever worked with texts concerning space and doesn't know space terms, especially those, which are used at my enterprise. You know, different engineers and scientists, even in one country and even (!!!) at one enterprise (and, of course, in different countries) sometimes use different foreign terms for one word, because there is no common dictionary for space terms. So occasionally it's difficult to translate texts, becuase you are not sure about which term to use... So you have to seek a phone number of man, who wrote this text and ask him to help you with translating different terms.

Wow, so you work at such an enterprise, where you deal with space! Cool! This is the subject, or-better,topic- that takes my breath away!
As for terms- yeah, i quite agree with you, different countries, companies use different versions for the same wors, i have dealt with this big problem for many times during my work. Even within the same cointry different specialists or companies use the same phrase/word differently, which causes a lot of problems: if you happen not to realise or guess its real meaning, it can end up in a big failure...now you see, what a hard job it is to be an interpreter- yet, i DO love it!:)
Boobs, so now i know what sort of job you have got...if it is not so hard, could you please briefly describe, what you usually do? Just wonder, 'cause i am really interested in space.

P. S. Boobs, really great your English is, you speak like a native speaker, it's so nice! I really enjoy!

kotlomoy, you promised to tell about your work too! According to your photos, you starred in some film, didn't you? You see, i am very curious :o
