If the Russian minister really said it to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of UK, i think, he was bloody right to do this: it's none of the UK business to poke their nose into the affairs of Russia; they themselves are the poodles of the USA, and they should go and see what to do about themselves, not settle matters towards which they have nothing to do!
